We greatly enjoyed the drinks and people. Next to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to Restaurant Asia, located feet from the hotel. Moreover, we parked onsite.

Wonderful 4-star experience. It was within walking distance of Quebec City center. Classic place, you know.
